One Experience Changed Everything
A 3-year-old child, Mohith, came after visiting five different pediatric dentists. He refused treatment completely.
It wasn't a clinical problem. It was a connection problem.
Instead of forcing treatment, Dr. Ram chose to wait. The first visit was just interaction. No instruments. No pressure.
“They played together. They laughed. In fact, Mohith even taught Dr. Ram a few moves on Temple Run.”
By the second visit, he understood Mohith better — his likes, his comfort zone.
At that time, Mohith loved playing Temple Run on an iPhone 4.
And slowly, something changed. The child who refused treatment… started trusting the doctor.
That moment became a turning point.
Dr. Ram realized: Dentistry for children is not about control. It is about connection.

At the same time, another challenge existed. When Dr. Ram started his practice, most parents believed that primary (milk) teeth were not important.
“Just remove it” was the common request.
But Dr. Ram chose a different path. He educated. He explained. He stood firm on saving teeth whenever possible.
For nearly two years, he consistently worked to change this mindset in Nellore. And slowly, the shift began.
For Dr. Ram, this was more than clinical success.
This was a transformation in awareness. A change in how people think about their child's health. And even today, among all achievements and recognitions, this remains his most meaningful one.
